Looks like the Tide is definitely rollin' now... 24-6 at halftime. Ouch indeed!

Texas has no O-line coming into the game. They lose their starting QB and center and have to replace them with players that are scared sh!tless and inexperienced.

I'm amazed they aren't up more than that.

WOW! Whether we win or not I'm impressed with what this Freshman is doing in this game. And Shipley out of control!!!!!

Tough for McCoy. He's wanted to play in this game since he was a kid. Only to be put out on the 5th play of the game. And it's not like he's a wuss either. He's taken some MAJOR hits over the past few seasons. Pity. He's a nice guy and a real competitor. I'd wager though that he's not drafter highly. But if he gets onto a field I think he can surprise some folks in the NFL.

I thought McCoy's post-game comments were very classy... he was honest (said he was disappointed... who wouldn't be), consistent (has always given glory to God and did so w/o being condescending or playing the victim card), and gracious (said "Congrats to Alabama" at least twice w/o any contingencies or caveats).

This, combined with his very impressive football record... He strikes me as the kind of person any team should be happy to have on the roster.
