I just received this body from Tommy at USA Custom Guitars. It's a one piece swamp ash. I need some help deciding how to finish it.

i like the grain in that tummy cut, reminds me of Charlie Brown's shirt, very cool. i would definitely agree that it needs some kind of finish to show off the grain, i think a sunburst would cover that cool grain on the edges though. i don't know what color though.

That's a nice piece of ash - don't hide it.

A real light MK would look super nice, IMO.
