I believe you get a tax credit in the latest stimulus package if you "go green". Laughing

Clear coat the center section, add a black paint stripe on the edge of the vertical step up and Seafoam the rest.

Doug, what color do YOU like?

All you're getting here is everybody else's popular opinion which is'nt worth much since you're the one that has to look at and play the darn thing. Take a look at:

I'm sure that you'll find love at first sight.

Both! Honestly, I'll probably start with seafoam and if I don't like it I'll just shoot dakota over it.

My vote is for seafoam green because I'm working on a Dakota Red Firebird!

Inverness.

I had nothing to do with this Firebird, I just know the owner. The pic does not do it justice.

Damn... that is sweet too! Dad's got the green metallic section covered, I think were using his old Firebird color.

Teddy you've got a deal!

I tell you man, our homegrown collective are turning out some awesome guitars. It's nice to work without a bottom line. Cool

I'm thinking SURF GREEN...although I voted for seafoam..I'm sure whatever you pick it will turn out to be a class axe.

Cheers.

man that is a sweet machine! and that color is fantastic, should look just as good on his guitar.

and, i never thought i'd say this but, i would go with the seafoam on that one. i do like the idea of making the edges of the center piece of the guitar black. any guitar in your hands doug, i swear you can't go wrong.
