What do you think would look best on a 2-tone sunburst strat, alder body, maple/ebony neck, chrome hardware?

Decisions, decisions!

Thanks!

Rob

Yea I know you prolly feel like doing something different from what you normally see on bursts but really, nothing looks better on em than white. I voted white perloid, that's slightly different, should be cool. Cool

I really like John Mayer's signature strat. I think the turtoise looks good. But so does the white.

Rob I am right with you on this one I am also gettin ready to do a 2 tone burst on an ash strat body, I think white is the one although I will be doing a rosewood or maybe kingwood fretboard.

Are you using all RR products like I am?
If you read the how to stuff it seems to talk about the red in the brown edge color, but many 2 tones I see show no red ?

I voted other because although I like the white on a burst I think it should be aged white single ply. Wink

On a burst I like white. On a single color I like white pearl. The white looks nice on-stage.

I with you on this one. Tort looks great although the white does too, the tort just feels right to me more.

I voted white for the classic tuxedo look, but I am prolly going to have white pearl on my coffin I like it so much. I like the bright red torty, but better on the 3 burst.

Sunburst+Rosewood+Mint Pickguard... Doesn't get much better than that. I'd go with white or parchment for maple though.
