Norm,
I do agree with you , to a degree. I sent a PM to Bill and I spoke to JoeGlow about this last night via phone about this idea. There are too many posts of the same question or procedure. If we were to move all of the post's that pertain to one topic than one can view that topic for any answers they may have. If the person dose not see what he's looking for than by all mean one can ask in the main forum. The whole Idea of this is to eliminate a lot of redundent posts and make it easier to find what you are looking for !

exellent idea!

Still, we heave to be open for any question.

I for one like confirmation when doing something I am not completely comfortable with.
A forum is great in that.
Altough it is in the FAQ people will still like to talk about it.
Otherwise they could just buy a book!

Just my 2 Euro cents.

Norman

Norman, the point is that if there is something written on it 100 times to look in the FAQ section because chances are the answer is there with someone elses confirmation along with it. This way the same question isnt posted another 100 times. And, we can still answer qustions with reference to the FAQ section.

Just one suggestion Joe, I would put the FAQ's at the top of the forum.

A very good idea as along at the topics are easy to view or dig through. A lot of what you're talking about are "tutorials" and pointers. There should be a good way to organize them, I just don't know enough about how the BB works to be of any help!

Well Doc, it wil certainly be a work in progress. I know mostr of it will be tutorials for the moment but I want to try and set it up where the question is asked, answered with a bit of direction of how to do the process for that particular question. I am totally up for more suggestions and I was hoping that you guys weren't going to leave this whole thing up to me. If you have something and have it written out let me know, I can either unlock the section for you to post it or you can Pm it to me and I will copy and paste it with your name attached to it for the credit. I certainly cannot think of it all or post all of it so I am counting on some of the experienced guys here to come up with some stuff and the newer folks to ask some questions so we can address it and post it.

I thought ReRanch 101 was the FAQ.

I guess it would be good to take the most common questions and pout them together though.
