Here's my first foray into airbrushing. This is the third time I've built this 4001 copy (I scrapped the other two for various reasons and used the hardware on this). I decided to make this a homage to the Beatles psychedelic period and the 50th anniversary of the Summer of Love. It's a combo of airbrush and decals, overlain in nitro.











This one finally sounds and plays the way I was always hoping for.

Yes - I made that about 10 years ago when I was on my Neil Young tone quest. It's all-analog and uses RC servos. It's controlled using three stomp switches on my red control box for 4 pre-set settings of the 3 volume and tone pots. I have it semi-permanently attached to my 5E3. My effects are remotely controlled from the red box and they sit in the black box. Works great but it is a major pain to gig with.

I think I did a forum discussion on this a long while back but it's probably gone into the ether by now.
