How do these sound compared to real P90 pickups? What size pots (250k or 500k)?

Looking at these to put into an LP copy refin I am working on:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/121780490177?_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

I know there are better (PhatCats...) but I am on a tight budget.

Opinions?

No experience with the GPZ pickups, allthough they look just like the ones from Guitar Fetish, which i have used. They sounded pretty good, i used the GFS Mean 90 ones. Surprisingly quiet for a P90 type, some single coil hum, yes, but not much. Tone wise, very sweet, nice growl when driven.

Ralphs pickups are a little more money but are very much worth it. Give him a try.

Ralph's HB/90 turned my Samick FA-2 tele into a killer guitar from something that had such a huge output difference between the pups that it was almost unusable. (lipsticks in the neck and middle.)

Highly recommended!
