I also like Rock of Ages - I dig the Little Richard rave-up vibe.....

Thanks for proving my theory that I can't swing a dead cat without hitting a Badfinger reference in my life! I love that band! Laughing Laughing Laughing

If I had to pick just one it would be No Matter What.

But what a great band with such a tragic end.

I loved those guys and the Beatle influence on their songs!

I love those guys. I even have the material that's been released on CD, including some bootleg live stuff.

Cast my vote for "No Matter What," though I admit it's a tough call.

re: Beatle influence. I remember a Musician magazine April Fools' article about 20 years ago that suggested that the Beatles continued to record together into the 1970s and released all their music under the name "Badfinger."

Year after year of singing No Matter What every single gig has soured me on it.

Day After Day is better.

"Baby Blue" is a great song. One of the many reasons I prefer 70s rock to 60s or 80s.
