I'd do it blond (Fender Blond, not MK White) w a tort guard and rosewood board. Or,with a maple neck and a gold anodized guard, but the guard would have to be repro-could even be one of those ones WD ...

I agree with Joe on the cap description, especially in Black. Will the logo include the Gretsch Roundup in the background? Man, that's some work for an embroiderer, but it would be sweet!
