An Olympic Jazz Bass

Built and finished by  Mike Sonneson,  this '66 Fender Jazz Bass rendition is a combination of Warmoth and original Fender parts. Here is Mike's description;

I thought I would send some pic's of the jazz bass I built using Reranch product's and Warmoth parts. Based on a '66 Jazz it's done in Olympic White with matching headstock. Alder body, neck with blocks and binding, authentic Fender logo, Fender R/I tuners with 1 hipshot, Fender R/I tort p/guard, Seymour Duncan antiquity p/ups, Gotah bridge and a NOS '75 Jazz bass control plate.

The body has a thin coat of Reranch nitro laq. The p-bass that I made that matches this is already is mellowing with age and does not look like a recent refin. Your neck amber is great! By adjusting where I spray I can make the back of the neck look yellowed where it should be and where you play nice and light.

Great product's and very helpful finish info. Thanks, Mike.

Thank You Mike. It looks great.
